In most cases your order will be shipped the same business day, some items may ship direct from manufacturer and may take an additional 24-48 hours to process. (Monday through Friday) as long as it is received before 12:00 PM EST. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different, there may be a delay in shipping your order.

Orders shipped to military addresses and AK, HI, PR, GU & VI are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time for AK, HI, PR, GU & VI is 3-5 business days.
Please Note: There is no estimated delivery time for military mail due to military mail procedures.

Returns Policy
We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition (with any tags) for up to 30 days from the date of shipment - without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. For your protection, undergarments, swim suits, mouth guards, protective cups, socks, compression shorts, any item containing lycra, training masks and supplements cannot be returned, even if they are new.
All returns must be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number in advance. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our customer service department by emailing customerservice@njfightshop.com We will then respond to your email with return instructions, including an RMA number. As we do not process exchanges, please follow the normal returns process and simply place a new order for the desired product.
